Shipping Rates

To ship your valuable art-to-wear, I picked DHL Express worldwide! It should reach in 3 to 4 days anywhere around the world.  For any made-to-order item, please count three business days for me to print your design and send it. You will receive an email notifying you (including your tracking number) that your art-to-wear is ready and has been shipped.

Rates:

  • For any art-to-wear above $500 the shipping is free through DHL Express
  • For any art-to-wear below $500 a shipping flat rate will be applied depending on your location through DHL Express:
  • Europe, Africa and the USA: $12.39
  • Asia and South America: $15

Important reminder: taxes may apply from your country’s customs. So please, make sure to contact your local customs for information.

 

Returns

I understand that you may want to return an item. Please remember these items are art-to-wear and a one-of-a-kind art piece. Exchanging it to a different size is impossible. However, if there’s a problem with the art piece itself, I’m always here for any repair.

Please read my return policy:

  1. As soon as you have any issues, please contact me directly at sonia@88thcompany.com
  2. If we can’t find a solution through email I will provide you with my return address through email.
  3. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping fees from his/her location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach me (to avoid any issue make sure to include a tracking number).
  4. Since the t-shirts aren’t unique pieces, they are the only exchangeable items for size.
  5. Returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 Days of receipt.
  6. All items that are sent back must be unworn and unwashed.
  7. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
  8. Downloadable prints are non-refundable

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If your item is marked as a gift, it will be wrapped and customized to your liking. You can also customize a handwritten card for the recipient. At 88th Company, all the wrapping is handmade and unique to each item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
