Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders?
No. To protect your purchase and ensure guaranteed delivery via DHL Express, I require a physical residential or business street address for all orders. I do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations.
Do you include customs taxes?
Your local customs aren’t included in the price or shipping. Depending on your country’s import laws a fee might be applied, that you will have to pay on your own.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email where you can receive live update shipping from L’Atelier.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! I proudly use DHL express which includes a tracking number and ships 3 to 4 business days worldwide.
Returns
Can I exchange/return my item(s) ?
Yes, for certain items. Make sure to read my refund and policy page for more information.
Can I exchange an item by mail?
Yes! Exchanges are only available for t-shirts, which aren't one-of-a-kind pieces. Sizes can be exchanged.
How long will my refund take?
It depends on the case. You and I will have to communicate first and see what the problem is. My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied! I use PayPal and they are extremely fast for refunds.

Can I use my coupon online?
Coupons can be made available at certain times for exclusive clients only.
