New drop! I kept coming back to this one. The idea

New drop!
I kept coming back to this one.
The idea was Captain T. Wayne, the “Black Hats,” an old canvas bag, and the image of a pilot arriving somewhere in the Pacific, throwing his gear over his shoulder and disappearing on a vintage motorcycle.
I made the bag from the heavy canvas bottom of an old military duffle, then added the stencils, hand-painted graphics, the skull & crossbones, reclaimed strap, old metal fasteners, and even the little hand-sculpted dice charm.
It ended up feeling less like a bag and more like something that belonged to a character.

Every piece I create at 88th Company is a physical artifact from a hidden timeline. This is the Vintage Heavy Canvas Tote – The Retriever Corsair Carrier -REMAKE©-, a rare vintage piece handpicked from flea markets, completely restored, and hand-painted.
The Story: It belongs to the Vanguard Skull and Crossbones crew—a renegade team of veteran mariners and aviators operating in the volatile waters of the Pacific and Midway. Inspired by the legendary aircraft repair scene in Studio Ghibli’s Porco Rosso, these rogue mechanics transformed a rugged ocean tugboat into a weaponized transport to carry, defend, and repair their battle-worn F4U Corsair. 🛠️💀
The Details:
* Front: A hand-painted scene of The Retriever tugboat navigating the Pacific theater, finished with a heavily distressed patina.
* Back: A military-style stencil detailing the operation, captain’s name, and Pacific coordinates. 🧭
* Interior: A custom-stenciled label featuring its individual serial number from l’Atelier.
* Signature: A red and white Blood & Bone Ribbon pinned directly into the heavy canvas. ❤️🤍

A raw look at the design process inside my atelier... 🖤✍️
To me, the Skull & Crossbones is so much more than just a gritty, cool emblem. It is a symbol of absolute freedom, a specific kind of honor, and the ultimate marker of human equality. Once you strip away the outside skin, the color, and the background, every single one of us is identical underneath. 💀❤️
I hand-paint each of these designs using traditional acrylic ink and fine brushes, framing the skulls with my custom « 8 » details. This emblem serves as the silent signature of The Vanguard—the hidden, parallel universe running right alongside true history. Every single wearable art piece that leaves my workbench is a physical artifact from this storybook timeline. 🎨📜🏛️

Bringing that vintage track energy back to life! This is the Ghost Circuit Indianapolis Speedway Pennant, and it’s another official piece from the world of Clutch Graves! 🏎️🏁💨
I am absolutely in love with early American racing culture, and this piece is a direct homage to the roaring engines and historic grit of the Indianapolis track. 🏁🔥 I wanted it to feel like a real relic pulled straight out of Clutch Graves’ own garage, so I went to town distressing it by hand using paint, sandpaper, and brushes to give it an authentic, decades-old weathered patina. Every intentional wrinkle and scratch tells a story of the speedway. 🛠️🎨
As always, it’s a 1-of-1 original work of art. When you order, it comes straight from my atelier wrapped up in its own custom packaging with a hand-distressed vintage-style story note and a personal watercolor thank-you letter! 📜🎨✨
